This blog post is a reminder for myself. Here are 5 ways to combat overload during Covid-19. You are welcome to join me if you are feeling overwhelmed. This pandemic is stressing us all. Here is how it played out for my family.

At the end of February 2020, I sat down with my calendar, goals and lists and planned for March 2020. Little did I know coronavirus (Covid-19) was in my future. We were in New York City visiting our son who is studying there. In the course of a week, our trip went from sightseeing in the Big Apple, to college closing, and finally to travel being restricted around the world. By the time we packed up our son and caught a flight home. In hindsight, we realized how close we were to what became the hotspot for Covid-19 in the U.S. It’s been a strange few weeks and it left me feeling completely overwhelmed. So, I turned to my journal and blog posts about stress to remind myself of the most effective ways I combat overwhelm.

One morning I was looking through old blog posts and found one about feeling overwhelmed. I look at my to do lists and calendar and realize how much things have changed…(and how little control I actually every had). It’s hard to know where to start. It’s overwhelming. So I’m going to invite you along as I remind myself of ways to deal with being overwhelmed. Here are my top 5 ways to combat overload during Covid-19.
