#Last90Days: Personalize Your 5 to Thrive

As I read Rachel Hollis’ blog about the #Last90Days Challenge, I was excited with the idea of ending the year strong. The minute I read her description, I knew I had to plan my own #Last90Days challenge. But where should I begin? What if I can’t do all of the things on her list? How does this fit into my busy life? The first step is to personalize your 5 to Thrive.

#Last90Days Purpose

“What if you committed to living your last 90 days of this year as hard as you are committing to living the first 30 days of the new year? What if instead of a downhill slide into 2019, you are ramping up!”

Rachel Hollis, author of “Girl, Wash Your Face”

Defining “5 to Thrive”

The first step in the Last 90 Days Challenge is to define the areas you wish to to strengthen in the next 90 days. Rachel identified her “5 to Thrive” as drinking half her body weight in water, quitting one food group for 30 days, exercising 30 minutes a day, getting up and hour earlier daily, and writing down 10 things she’s grateful for each day. Finally, she made a promise to herself. She determined that if she did these 5 things for the rest of the year, she would end strong.
